We designed this costume as a stunning black dress inspired by the Roaring 1920s period of American history. The dress has seven rows of fringe, which swish and sway with your every move. It is made of polyester and features black sequin trim at the top. A black sequin headpiece with a black feather is also included and secured in place with elastic.
